Cussin Baker is not liable for melted toppings caused by extreme weather, packages left outside after delivery, or delays in bringing the package indoors. Melted toppings do not affect the quality or safety of the cookies. Simply refrigerate or freeze the cookies until the toppings firm back up. Melted toppings are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
