One dozen lemon cookies without chocolate chips are made with squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest.

Please note that if you order these cookies to be shipped, they will not come with the lemon glaze, but will be topped with chocolate instead, as the glaze is made with milk. However, if you are in Florida and choose local pickup, the cookies will come with the homemade glaze.
